Vision
A leading regional educational institution that produces executives and leaders in the public sector for sustainable development.
Mission
- To produce graduates at the Master and Doctoral levels that have knowledge and expertise in professional management and that are able to use such knowledge and expertise in the administration and development of the country with morality.
- To produce research and other academic work in support of the administration and development of the country.
- To provide academic services for agencies in the public sector, the private sector and the civic sector for the purpose of emphasizing sustainable development and preserving art, culture and local wisdom.
- To promote networks of academic collaboration with public and private organizations both at home and abroad for sustainable development.

Shared Values
The commitment of the Graduate School of Public Administration is to make graduates with knowledge, ethics, and working professionalism to accommodate changes. We will make our master’s and doctoral graduates to be excellent leaders who have hindsight in theories and the professional ability to apply that knowledge to create changes coupled with good governance and ethics. The acronym that represents these shared values is composed of;
G (Governance) means that the GSPA must be an efficient government role model so that staff can achieve the mission.
S (Sustainability) means that the GSPA’s efforts to foster a sustainable organization across three key domains: administrative resources, networks, and the environment.
P (Partnership) means building academic collaborations with relevant organizations to expand the scope of knowledge and academic opportunities both domestically and internationally.
A (Academic Excellence) means creating an ecosystem which is conducive to high-impact research by faculty and students.
A (Agile Curriculum) means promoting regulatory reforms to make all curricula flexible and relevant to 21st century learners’ needs.
