The Philippine Society for Public Administration (PSPA) and the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) are pleased to announce a joint international conference to be held on 1-3 October 2025 at Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines.
We cordially invite academics, researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and students from across disciplines to submit original papers and participate in meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange.
